"It was a disappointment.Most likely will not order again."

Read many good reviews of this caterer so decided to try out their CNY reunion menu. However it turned out to be a disappointment. All guests feedback the portion was pathetic esp the Signature Braised Pork Belly with Steam Bun. The pork was like ... More rubber which make it hard to chew.Sweet & Sour fish fillet was not much meat covered mostly with thick flour. Though the rest of dishes considered still palatable but for menu which cost almost $500..it was definitely not worth it!Perhaps they are better in huge scale catering rather than in small scale type.
