"Awful, cold food and wrong food items delivered!"

Order Italian Herb Risotto and Penne Pasta Delicious Mushroom & Ortaggio BUT Oriental Fried Rice and Spaghetti Aglio Olio were delivered instead! I had children at the party and picked non-spicy options specifically... ruined the party.

Food ... More arrived punctually BUT food was all COLD when arrived. Food were wrapped in normal takeaway containers and in big red plastic bags instead of Thermal Bags like Neo Garden or other caterers. Of course the food would arrived cold and unpalatable.

The awesome blackcurrant drinks were not awesome at all! Severely diluted and not even sweet....tasted worse than those 20 cents drinks I purchased from primary school canteen 28 years ago.

Shanghai green was too hard...

To give them credit, quantity of food was generous... but the presentation and taste and the wrong delivery of both rice and noodles were not acceptable. Basic courtesy is to delivery mini party packaging in thermal bag so customers can receive food warm. How can the caterer skimp on something so basic??
