I am very disappointed with my order. When I placed the order, I clearly stated that my event would begin at 6pm. The salesperson even called to confirm and assured me that the delivery would arrive between 5pm and 6pm. However, the food was ... More delivered at 4.40pm, much earlier than expected. As a result, the dishes turned cold before the event started 1h20mins later. Since everything was packed in aluminium trays, we were unable to reheat the food, which affected the overall dining experience for my guests.
