The caterer
delivered on time, set up
efficiently, and managed
the event smoothly. The food was good specially the curry chicken . I had mixed experiences
with the catering. While
some dishes were delicious, the sweet and sour fish ... More unfortunately fell short.
It seemed to have an
excessive amount of batter,
overpowering the fish meat,
Hopefully, they'll refine their
recipe to balance the flavors
and textures better.
