"Delicious food. Generous carb portions. Others just nice."

The buffet was set up beautifully and the delivery personnel was very experienced and able to advise where to place the buffet. The food portions were just nice and most dishes were cleared, except for the carb (aglio olio), vegetables (butter herbs ... More mixed vegetables) and dessert (barley). This was great as I am mindful about food wastage. They ensured that the pasta was vegetarian and non spicy for my vegetarian and children guests. I was surprised that there was only around 5 pieces of prawns left as shelled prawns are usually not very popular. Many guests asked who the caterer was. I will not hesitate to engage this caterer for future events.

A note to the caterer: the spaghetti was really super a lot! Maybe to cut on food waste, can cut down the portion by 1/3 or offer a half-half option with another carb.
