Crumbling Tarts

Taste-wise, the tarts and eclair were rather bland. Crystal Pau was slightly better, but still lacks a certain 'oomph' ie. a taste that gives a 'wow' feeling or a sense of satisfaction.

The tarts were terrible, most could not be removed from the ... More tray because they broke apart and felt soggy on removal. Don't really know how to describe it - but most ate it with a spoon as if taking a not-very-well-made soya beancurd.
