Overall, the experience with Kim’s Catering has been good — food quality and service have generally met expectations. However, there was a slight hiccup during Christmas Eve when the order was not delivered as scheduled. I tried contacting the ... More team on the day itself but did not receive a response, so I reached out to FoodLine instead. Upon checking, FoodLine informed me that the order had been sent elsewhere.

While this was disappointing given the occasion, I appreciate that such incidents are rare and hope future communication and delivery processes can be tightened. Otherwise, Kim’s Catering has been reliable and enjoyable, and I look forward to more positive experiences ahead.
