"The food was not ready on time, the collection was late."

The food was not ready at the requested event time. I was asked to collect it an hour later than the proposed timing, but the caterer was over 3 hours late for the collection. The drink containers were spoiled, and I had to clean them myself after ... More the event because they dripped onto the floor. The food was overall okay, but it seemed insufficient for 30 people, except for the fried rice and curry chicken. The prawns were not fresh and were very sticky to the shell.
