"Fried rice was not enough for 170 pax we ordered."

The food, especially the fried rice, was not enough with only 2 trays for 170 pax we ordered. We called the Caterer immediate to sound our concern as the fried rice was far not sufficient, nothing as done on the spot. Very disappointed with the ... More caterer and will not use them again in future social or community event of such big scale.

Only one staff was there to set up a buffet spread for 170 people. He was struggling with the amount of work needed to set up the entire buffet spread.
