"Birthday caterer review on YLS"

The smoked duck and braised pork with bun are the 2 favorite dishes.
The sweet and sour fish has too much sauce so the fish is soggy. The prawn cereal is also bit too oily. Many guests lazy to peel off the prawn shell, maybe yls caterer can make is ... More deshell dish instead
The guy who deliver want to quickly clean up and collect back the dish until we need to rush to pack the left over dishes. Not so good service I feel. My guests are 37 adults and 25 kids of 6yo,at first I want to order 45,but the caterer owner keep telling me later not enough, ended up ask me order at least 50person. And true enoigh almost every dish left half.. If I know, I will insist to order 45 or even less. Waste lots of food.
