"Food is better than average but beware of auto-renewal"

This is my second experience ordering tingkat from Kim's Kitchen. The food is better than some other tingkat services I have tried. However, this time round, I was displeased for a few service-related reasons:
1) The company auto-renewed my 20 ... More days tingkat service without informing me. When contacted, the staff told me that auto-renewal is stated on the invoice. I think that is unreasonable as such information should be made clear from the start, in an email or on the website itself. Few, if any, bother reading an invoice in detail. In the end, I paid the pro-rated amount for the days in the 2nd term of 20 days for which I received food.
2) In the sms informing me of the pro-rated amount, the amount stated was inaccurate (it was the full 20 days cost), causing me the inconvenience of having to contact the company again for the correct amount.
3) When my contract was auto-renewed, no one informed me. There was no invoice, email or sms. In fact, foodline.com emailed me prior to my first 20-day contract end to ask if I would like to renew the contract.
So, my advice to customers who only want tingkat for a certain period is to be aware of when your contract ends so that you can inform the company not to auto-renew.
