"Not as good as I hoped."

Maybe it's my fault for asking for the food to be delivered at 5 - 6 pm. The food arrived about 4 pm, not even warm. All the food are cooked for a healthy diet, bland, less salt, less everything. The fish is soft, the vegetable dish is tasteless ... More even after adding the gravy. The chicken is also tasteless. This is an order for 10 pax, but the items on the platter only has 4 of each item, the platter looked so empty. I would not order again from this caterer. Ordered from another cateter last year, tasted much better.
