Service was bad, forgot to provide cutlery, food arrived 11/2hrs earlier than delivery time. So i have to serve my guests with cold food. Worst of all, i have specially ordered a matcha log cake and i received a almost melted ugly chocolate cake ... More instead. Total disappointment.
