"Good timing, bad service, edible food."

Ordered for 40pax

Pros: Delivery and collection was early/on time, set up was done fast and without any hassle. The staff were nice. The agent (?) who assisted me was patient as I had a few things to change before the confirmation.

Cons: Food ... More looks lesser than expected (1/2 tray for 1 dish, not counting the carbs), the fire went out less than 2 hours after setting up, extended my collection time to 9.15pm but they still came and packed up at 9pm.

Wanted to try this out after seeing it at another function. Didn't expect it to be disastrous:
1. Set up was suppose to be from 5.15-5.30pm, they came at 4.45pm - it's fine-
2. The food didn't seem as much as I was expecting, it seemed lesser than for 40 pax. Had to order from outside to make sure that it's enough
3. Next, at 7.40pm, the fire ran out. The food had already gotten cold. Called the office but they can't do anything (claims that it will last the whole event, 2.5-3 hours), called the delivery person, and he says that I didn't ask for extras - I wouldn't know that it'll go out so soon
4. Collection was suppose to be at 9.15pm, they came at 9pm.....

Maybe it was just me, and I was sway that day, but I know I won't be ordering from them again.
