Regarding the serviettes, as part of our hygiene and sustainability policy, we provide sealed packs of tissue paper instead of loose ... More serviettes. For a 25-pax order, one 50-sheet pack is our standard, but we will review this practice.

We are particularly concerned about the Sambal Sotong. The sotong should be tender, not mushy and petai is a key ingredient that should have been present. We have escalated this to our kitchen and operations team for immediate review to prevent such oversights. We appreciate you bringing the fish ball seasoning and texture to our attention as well.
