"Consistent & reliable caterer but can be improved"

This is my second time ordering from this caterer, delivery and set up were on time and swift, they come about an hour ahead and food in general was good.

They missed out one of my item, the Sweet & Sour Fish and they had to go back and get it ... More from their kitchen to which they told me the wait was 1hr 30mins. By the time they delivered the missing item, most of my guests already had their fill and no one really touched the fish by then, so it was such a waste! The food would have been just nice if that dish was not left out, the Salad Prawn Cocktail looks little and was the first to wipe out, leaving an empty tray so the fish would have really helped to fill that in.

Besides that, the Tokyo Yakitori Skewers & Otak, Hazelnut Tart & Choco Ganache Tart were a hot favourite. Curry Chicken and Yam Paste w Gingko Nuts (Orh Nee) was also good. Would recommend skipping the Seafood Ee Fu Mee, which was below average.
