Staff service and set up was professional and punctual. Food presentation and buffet set up looks good. Guests commented on how good the food were, saying out of all the buffet we ordered, these were the best they ever had. Curry Chicken was thick ... More and creamy, spicy but good. Ko Rou Bao was more unusual in buffets but a delight and a popular dish among young kids as they like to eat just the empty plain bao. Felt the Emperor Lobster ball was normal and easily forgettable, not really worth the money. Overall, is great despite that. Many of my guests also love the yam paste but my dad noted that the coconut is abit too much, can lessen as its overly sweet for older folks like him.

This is my second time ordering from this caterer, delivery and set up were on time and swift, they come about an hour ahead and food in general was good.

They missed out one of my item, the Sweet & Sour Fish and they had to go back and get it ... More from their kitchen to which they told me the wait was 1hr 30mins. By the time they delivered the missing item, most of my guests already had their fill and no one really touched the fish by then, so it was such a waste! The food would have been just nice if that dish was not left out, the Salad Prawn Cocktail looks little and was the first to wipe out, leaving an empty tray so the fish would have really helped to fill that in.

Besides that, the Tokyo Yakitori Skewers & Otak, Hazelnut Tart & Choco Ganache Tart were a hot favourite. Curry Chicken and Yam Paste w Gingko Nuts (Orh Nee) was also good. Would recommend skipping the Seafood Ee Fu Mee, which was below average.

Meal was scheduled to come at 11:45 am but they called an hour plus ahead and told me they are already here, as I was outside running errands, the food wasn't fresh and the vegetables was sour by the time my guests ate.

We were very disappointed ... More with the cereal fish as well as it was just fried fish with a speckle of cereal. Hardly tasted the cereal in this especially when we were looking forward to that. The Egg Tauhu was a lil' blend and sub-par too.

The only saving grace was the bee hoon, chicken curry and crystal pau that are still okay. Otherwise we would have to call mcdonalds or dominoes as backup plan already.

Had better caterers out there, will not order from this caterer again.
