"Could be a better experience"

I placed a order of 127 pax for my company event with delivery time set between 11am to 12pm which I have already left a remark that my order cannot afford to be late for my event but I managed to only successfully picked up the delivery man from ... More the lobby at 12:20pm. Food arrived missing 11pax as well. Would appreciate if the delivery man cannot find the way in to call for help (which was stated in remarks as well). Delivery man was not a local and could not really understand much of the advice or instruction as to how to get to my office lobby.

But on the hindsight, the price paid for the food bento was well worth for the quality of the food. Another smaller problem we face is that food bento came in a flimsy plastic container which the cover easily come off and some of the rendang sauce was spilling onto the other dishes for some bento. Although my colleague noticed that some of the sambal eggs were fried and others were not, thankfully it did not affect the taste.

Appreciate the after sales effort that ECreative took to refund us for the missing pax along with a 5% discount given.

Overall, food was alright but provided one can afford the order to be late and check carefully that food pax was right.
