The food is not salty, but the Lou Han Zai should cook longer as cabbage is still hard. Har Gow is not as what expected , more like prawn paste but more surimi. Yang zhou fried rice looks more like tumeric fried rice.
Curry Chicken has too much ... More sauce, not much meat or potatoes.
