"Nobody come and collect after the event for the first time."

Not very satisfied with the service. First, they forgot our ang ku kueh and I heard the driver wanted to delivery it to us after the event when they come and collect the catering. I have to call the office and ask them to make sure it is delivered ... More to us ASAP.

2nd, after the event, nobody come and collect the catering. Suppose to come at 4pm to collect, we book RC for the event and it end at 5pm. we waited until 6pm still nobody show up, called the office, nobody pick up. In the end we have to carry all the catering outside of the RC ourself. Not sure if anyone come and pick up after that.
