"Foods taste good and well received. Slight lack of service."

E creative catering has always been good to us for the catering services. Their curry chicken and sambal fish are well received by collogues and guests. This time round they change my dessert from honeydew sago to longan jelly without notification. ... More I would appreciate if they can call us before us to let us know then to deliver and incorrect item arrived. They explained it is their policy to change due to shortage of supply and no need to inform customer. As a customer, i dont think any one wants to be treated that way. They can actually inform us and we can select other desserts as we are flexible. I hope the caterer will not have such issue again.
