"Disappointing food quality & service"

First ordering, service was sub-standard. Usually caterer will arrive at least 30-45mins before to set up. Ni sight of them tried calling the offuce but no anawer as its a Saturday late afternoon. The office number should be directed to a mobile ... More number right in case customer needs to reach them. They called couldn't find my location, was late yet no word of apology. There's no service at all.
Cater for 50pax but my event turn out was only 35 pax but the food was definitely not sufficient.
