Overall good. Will order again
Reviewed on 13th Nov 2025 Verified Purchase
First time trying Jiak Ba — overall pretty good! Delivery was on time, and the soup was surprisingly tasty. My kids really enjoyed it. The only downside was the green veggies… they had chemical taste sometimes, so I didn’t feel comfortable ... More giving them to the kids.

Thank you so much for giving Jiak Ba a try and for taking the time to share your experience. We’re really happy to hear that you enjoyed the soup and that your kids loved it too!

We’re truly sorry about the green veggies — they should never ... More have a chemical taste, and your feedback is very important to us. We’ve already highlighted this to our kitchen team and supplier to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

Thank you once again for your honest review, and we hope to serve you and your family a much better experience next time! 💛
