"Would not recommend this caterer"

Took several emails and phone calls to finally confirm the reservation (staff mispelled my surname, typed in wrong address and sent me someone else's contract and invoice etc.)
Delivery guy called just before he reached the venue. All dishes are ... More wrapped in food wrap and covered in plastic containers. Disposable wares and garbage bag provided.
- The portions were too little to serve 10 pax and there were less than 10 pax around actually. Good thing I prepared additional soup and some of us had to eat less.
- The broccoli was very hard and raw.
- The fried rice was said to be "not nice" by a guest.
- The longan dessert was so ridiculously sweet that all the guests avoided taking it after one sip. Someone even commented that taking it would give you diabetes. We tried adding a lot of ice and water but it was still way too sweet.
- Yu sheng was the right portion size for 10pax
- Additional order of "sea scallop in yam balls" ($29.96 W/GST) was a let-down. There were exactly 10 yam balls. The dish looked dull, tasted bland and oily and was expensive.
- transport cost at $50 (excluding GST) was too much compared to other caterers
