The service of Hong choo is really bad. Firstly, my tingkat lunch was delivered after 2pm daily for the first week and the reason given to me was because there was a change in driver, thus the new driver wasn't familiar with the route. Secondly, on ... More some days, some of the food were sour and spoilt. Thirdly, I have been contacting the accounts personnel for the invoice to be emailed to me. But after my repeated contact and messages, there were no reply/acknowledgement at all. Till now, I still have not received the invoice. Bad service overall.
