"Value for Money but Service Level to be improved"

Food was generally good and very value for money! Their signature curry chicken was tasty and not too spicy. I personally liked the four season vegetable and Black Forest cake the most. However, service level was below expectations: I had ordered ... More for 5pm delivery but they only arrived at almost 6pm and the buffet tables were only set up at around 6.30pm (that’s essentially late by about 1.5hr). After our event ended, we thought they would come back to collect at 9pm but they only came back at past midnight 12.30am. There was also no 24/7 hotline to call for assistance which makes it quite nerve wrecking as I had no idea whether they were on their way to deliver the food and what time they were coming back for collection.
