The service was good. Seller remember to indicate "Happy Birthday" as indicated on order form. Delivery was on time. Cake was not so sweet and had a faint blueberry taste. But we found the cake dry and rough as a whole. Nobody wanted a second ... More helping, including the kid :(

Dear Rylyn, sorry for delay respond. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you had an unpleasant experience with our cakes. Our cake boxes are labelled with thawing instructions which is commonly missed out by our customers. The cake ... More should be thawed to room temperature before consumption for a rich and velvety texture as it is a dense chocolate cake.
