The guests enjoyed the sambal sotong (it was wiped out the fastest) and chicken curry, but my personal favourite was the royal butter honey citrus glazed fish. Longevity fried mee sua was a little too watery and the sweet and sour pork was kind of ... More bland. The driver who did the setup was punctual and on time but the only issue we had was the teardown. Had initially told the admin staff on the phone that I would like the driver to collect at 3pm (as my event will end around that timing) but another driver who did collection arrived at 2.30pm in the middle of the party and insisted on collecting everything as he said he had to rush to another venue to teardown as well. After explaning him our situation several times, he decided to make a phonecall and came back at 3.30pm sharp to clear up.
