I would like to give Ahmat from Rilassi Catering a big thank you & many likes for his good customer service !

I am a very happy & satisfied customer. I repeated the catering service for today (after the catering yesterday).

Ahmat is a very ... More responsible, fast, efficient, friendly & hardworking staff from Rilassi Catering. He goes beyond extra miles to provide good customer service.

Ahmat’s service is very good as he is very friendly & have courtesy. He is also able to think for the customers & provide us with suggestion.

I’m very happy to be served by Ahmat as he served me well. I was wondering why is the curry from Rilassi so oily when I received it so I asked Ahmat.

However, Ahmat replied me in a good manner & explain to me slowly, patiently & clearly so I would understand why curry need to have oil - so when heating it up. it will release the fragrance of the spices - I was very impressive from the way he described it to me so I accepted his explanation.

Your company should be grateful to have Ahmat as a great employee representing Rilassi Catering :).

Ahmat not only have the abilities to work, he also have the capabilities to help us as he knows his product well. He is more than just a delivery man - he not only have product knowledge but also problem solving skills.
