I must say the lady Michelle is SUPER rude and lazy. She talks to you like you owe her something. I sent email to her to inform that my dishes were served with chilli. She insisted that she is right many times even without checking the photos I ... More shared. Recently the same thing happen again and food came with traces of chilli. We tasted that they are spicier than usual however she insisted there were no chilli added as the pure ingredients is just baked beans and tomato sauce. She straight in her face told me that 11 people tasted not spicy and children for my case not counted as tester. I was like these are mainly for my kids not me. Previously we don't have such issue but this recent renewal is giving us problem.

Instead of helping to resolved it, she insisted all the way and talk rudely. This is very bad customer service.

As we discussed previously, the issue you raised ... More regarding the spiciness of your order was caused by a system error that did not properly register your request for "non-spicy." We’ve since corrected this error in our system, and I’m happy to hear that you were satisfied with the compensation provided at that time.

For the current meal that you received, I can confirm that no chili or spicy ingredients were included in your food. Since we prepare meals in large batches, the same dish is provided to all clients who request "no spicy," and we’ve not received similar complaints from other customers regarding the spice level. That being said, I absolutely understand your concern, especially when it comes to ensuring that meals are suitable for your children.

The red color you noticed is likely due to the ketchup and tomato sauce used in the preparation, which can sometimes give the dish a vibrant appearance that may be misinterpreted as being spicy. We take pride in our ingredient sourcing and preparation and can assure you that we follow strict protocols to avoid the use of any chili or hot spices in these dishes.

I also want to gently address the public naming of individuals in your complaint. While we deeply value all customer feedback, we ask that concerns be raised privately so that we can address them effectively and professionally.
