"Could be better if delivery can be on time"

Food was it to be delivered on 1pm. Was told they will come at 12 to start up and food will be ready by 1pm.

However, delivery of the food was late by 1.5 hours. Food was cold when it was set up and my guests were unhappy. This also delayed the ... More entire schedule of our programs, and we had to extend the booking of the event space, incurring extra cost.

Black Stains were found on the floor when the delivery guys set up

Some (even ourselves), had stomach ache the next morning. This is not acceptable to us and we seek a full explanation/compensation. Thank you.
