Delivery of the physical hard copy of voucher is fast.
Vendor availability is limited. Should have more outlet instead of just few outlet for that particular shop

However 1 text msg was not send out lucky still can resend. Not sure what have happen

Voucher was delivered within 2 working days.
I was able to send out the voucher early to clear eye baby full month.

Food was it to be delivered on 1pm. Was told they will come at 12 to start up and food will be ready by 1pm.

However, delivery of the food was late by 1.5 hours. Food was cold when it was set up and my guests were unhappy. This also delayed the ... More entire schedule of our programs, and we had to extend the booking of the event space, incurring extra cost.

Black Stains were found on the floor when the delivery guys set up

Some (even ourselves), had stomach ache the next morning. This is not acceptable to us and we seek a full explanation/compensation. Thank you.

Happen to order again as I missed out and manage to get 1 e voucher without any extra charges. System allow me to purchase the voucher without minimum order.

The voucher was delivered very fast, within the next working day. E voucher was easy to use also. Colleague manage to receive it immediately
