"Please improve your service and efficiency"

Very bad experience with this caterer. they call back a few times to do confirmation but in the end, they didn't deliver one item that are in the package. so we short of 1 food item on the event. I tried to call them to get refund and it has been ... More almost 1 month but still it has not refunded yet. even to get the updated receipt also so difficult. Eventhough the food is good n worth the money, I don't think I would like order from them anymore. the total effort of chasing them is just too much (almost 1 month n no result yet!)
