"Be careful when you order from this caterer."

Service was poor. Made a bulk order for an event and specifically stated an allergy notice to the caterer. The caterer acknowledged it and said would take note. Food came with specified ingredients that were on the allergen list. They called to ... More check on the matter and were completely unkind about the situation. All they said was 'ok will inform the chef, there's nothing we can do about it'. Ordered chicken instead of fish and fish came - which was also on the list of allergens. The caller got extremely defensive and blamed it on the coordinator, with specific words 'That's not our problem'. The call was fault-blaming and the supplier was extremely unkind and defensive with 0% apologetic. Please be careful when you order from them.
