I opted for the e-vouchers for my baby's full month and the experience was horrible.
The SMS has sent out very fast within a day of receiving my order. However, the sms sent to my friends and relatives was not clear on how the e-voucher can be ... Moreredeemed. I ended up having to draft a separate sms to teach my friends and relatives how to do it despite feedback.
To give Foodline the credit, they kindly helped to reverse the mistake such that my friends and relatives who mistakenly opened the voucher was able to redeem it.
However, what is truly disappointing is that, despite repeated calls, the e-vouchers are not recognised by many merchabts and merchants insisted on physical vouchers and did not allow redemption of e-voucher. I think the communication between Foodline and merchants should be clearer. Otherwise, it is a waste of resources, time and effort fr all. Show less
