"Food is OK but disappointed"

We ordered 10 dishes mini catering and they informed us 1 of the dishes is out of stock 1 day before, which is "Braised Sea Cucumber With Duck". That is very disappointing because we wanted to have more meat option, duck, which all of guests don't ... More mind eating. Initially they offered rendang chicken as substitute, but i rejected and requested for other duck dish. they insisted they don't have it too. then i firmly requested substitute has to be either duck, beef or mutton, which are available on the menu when order was placed. Luckily they substituted with rendang mutton in the end. Also, steamed prawn gyoza was on the menu, but they sent us fried one. i didn't realise the mismatch until event started. So overall experience just ok only.
