Ready to serve at 5.30pm, buffet set-up came around 4.15pm. 2 tables were set up to accommodate all 11 dishes and 1 drink. All the food are pretty delicious especially the curry. It will be even better if they can present the food at a straight row ... More with more space. The timing to clear the set-up was 8.30pm but eventually they came at 9.30pm.

My first time ordering with East West Fusion and I'm really satisfied with their service and food! All dishes are very nice especially the curry! Spicy enough. Upon ordering, I asked if can fry "plain" mee fen as we have some guest eating vege on ... More 1st, they initiated to change our Sin Chow Bee Hoon to vegetarian char siew Bee Hoon. Very nice of them as CNY mini buffet is super hard to find with mix accommodation. Really appreciate their kindness. Definitely will come back for more!

The set up was great. Came early to set up and ready to serve at the arranged time. Nice and friendly guy who came to set up. Dislike their system and serve. Did not receive any call within 1 business day as per foodline email but I did not. Ownself ... More got to call them to confirm.

Service excellent. Prompt on issuing invoice and collection of payment is flexible. Food came on time. Overall the food is good but can be better.

All of the dishes (8 out of 9) are delicious except for the Yam dessert. The Fish Maw super generous and all the dishes are well cooked. Yam dessert is too sweet. Thank you for being on time for the delivery!

After order completed on Foodline, caterer contacted me the next day. I requested for a Tax Invoice before I'll PayNow him. He agreed but action was done. Till the very day I called him again to confirm if my order will be sending to be tonight and ... More he guaranteed me on that (CNY Day 2). I paid COD. Abit doubtful at the start but thanks for delivery it. Food is very well packed and all the plates/bowls/dessert bowls/chopsticks/spoon/fork/soup spoon are provided. Overall i am happy.

My 2nd Tingkat order from different caterer. The dishes really cannot make it. Vege tasteless. Mince pork smells bad. Ordered for 2pax portion rice but came with ONE styrofoam box. Contacted caterer and was told that is 2 portion combine (how can it ... More be when that ONE pack portion looks like for 1 pax?!). Service wise is quite fast. I requested for refund and it was refunded to me within 2 days.

Ordered with YLS 2 years ago and still remember how good it was so this year ordered again and it never fail me. I like almost all of the dishes except for the limited bun (ordered for 10 pax and received 10 buns). So even if it's nice, you can only ... More eat one. Overall, highly recommended & will definitely order from YLS again.
