The spread of the buffet is good and food is more than enough for everyone. Most of the dishes are delicious but some of the fried dishes are a little soggy (likely due to the long holding time).

I will highly recommend e-creative for their menu ... More and their food.

They will, however, need to manage their logistics better as the buffet was late by slightly more than 2 hours (due to bad traffic conditions), but their delivery guys kept in constant contact with us on their whereabouts and the follow-up recovery is adequate.

It was an appalling experience yesterday when we saw the spread. First, I want to compliment on the service excellence by the delivery crew. Nice and friendly guys also on the excellent service by the follow-up crew on confirmation, thanks for being ... More patient ... here comes the BIG BUT...

Now, here is our truthful feedback about the whole spread. We ordered for 36 pax inclusive of one vegetarian bento. Our three woes:

Woe 1: Portions for each dish were just sufficient for 35 pax. I counted the slices for the oven roasted boneless herb chicken- definitely, there are 35 slices but small slices. If you want to have a second slice, there may not be enough! We did not have enough staple! A small tray of rice! Rice was gone in 1-2 hours and all of us took not a lot. This is a very rare situation as we usually have lots of leftover for staple. Please up the amount for staple at least!!!!! We had to cook white rice thereafter! Can you imagine that? What's the point of ordering buffet when we still had to cook?

Woe 2: I had a shock for the $18 vegetarian bento! All my guests were shocked too that the standard was as such! We could have ordered vegetarian pizza from Pizza Hut and it would be way much better than the one served to us! $18 for a box half filled with white rice???? Unacceptable and I was so embarrassed to serve that to my guest! Please refer to the pic attached. I was expecting at least 5 -6 different dishes as compared to the non-veg menu, there were 11 dishes! Totally taken aback!

Woe 3: I asked the delivery and set-up crew where the drinks container was coz I did not notice it. He pointed to me a tiny container which escaped my notice. Goodness me! For 36 pax, they expected us to drink a cup each only????? What to say, it was a bad move. We had another caterer last year and decided to try Intercontinental this year due to the wonderful spread in the menu but it was a BIG mistake.

I hope that the customer service on your side- Intercontinental that you would take heed and seriously considering to better your portions as well as to be more generous... This will be my first and last time ordering from you. I hope those who are reading my post will seriously reconsider if you have placed orders with this caterer.
