In general, the food is pretty good and delicious. Customer service take prompt action on feedback. But the food portion is not consistent. We ordered tingkat for 2 pax, but few occasional, they provide "a very thin layer of steam egg" which is not ... More sufficient for 2 pax. We have occasion received the fishball as one of the dishes and the soup is meatball soup. We hope to have a more balanced diet and reduce processed food.

In general, the food all quite good and Hong Choo take in our feedback to reduce the soggy cabbage dish. I suggest having other veggies like beansprouts, long beans, ladyfinger, luffa and eggplant etc.

We have ordered from Hong Choo for more than one year. The food is quite good in general but I realised they repeat cabbage dishes quite often. I suggest alternating with another type of veggies like bean sprouts, long bean, green leaf vegetables, ... More broccoli and cauliflower. And if possible, to have less processed food.

Overall food standard is quite good, except for some dishes like soggy cabbage. Hong Choo has recently increased the price but the food portion seems to shrink and inconsistent. E.g. we have ordered for 2 pax, but they only give one piece of small ... More chicken thigh. We hope Hong Choo can provide a more fair portion of food to the customers.

Excellent customer service. The delivery now on time, and the food is yummy. I have ordered from Hong Choo for more than one year, and I still like the home-cooked style dishes.

The food is relatively quite good, especially the steam chicken and braised pork belly dishes. I'm not too fond of dory fish and prefer other types of fish, but not too many fish bones. Overall I still like the dishes and will continue my support.

Hong Choo provides very good customer service and they have also improved on their delivery schedule.

Food is good and really taste food-cooked. But we have experienced late delivery a few times. The worse case was delivered at 8 pm, and we have to throw away the food. Customer service is good, especially Kimberly has been following up for late ... More delivery. The company also waive off the late delivery meal.
