Good mini buffet set exclude the side orders

Most dishes tasted above average compared to many other buffet caterers. Surprisingly, the amount of each dishes are quite big even though it is a mini buffet set.
The negative comments are on two side order dishes:

1. Supreme Seafood Treasure ... More Pot: the roast duck, a main ingredient, taste terrible.
2. Chicken and Prawn Ngoh Hiang: a simple dish but just don’t know why can cook as those in any of the zhi char stall. This one comparable to those bought from NTUC.
