Numerous order with Hewtop.. Customer service is always very good.. On a few occasions the driver delivered wrong order or missing soup.. Hewtop provide replacement the next following days eventhough i have told them it's ok..

Repeated order.. But this time round on some days the food is slightly salty and oily.. food portion still the same as generous as before..

Repeated order with Hewtop.. Food portion was generous.. On a few occasion the soup was not properly sealed and leaked.. A few times soup turns sour upon opening.. Have renewed another 20 days.. Hopefully this time soup properly seal and wont turn ... More sour..

Food taste good.. but delivery was quite late.. didn't see much repeated dished throughout the 10 days.. Overall satisfy with the caterer.. Will order again.. Thanks..

5th time ordering with Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd.. Food is usually on time and portion are generous too.. seldom see repeated dishes.. Food is not oily and salty.. Taste just right.. But after the new batch of container used the soup ... More always spill out.. Feedback to the caterer and was given a compensation of soup the next day..

Food was either too salty or too bland.. Delivery not on time.. Some days 5pm plus some days 6pm plus.. Soup was always those simple type and out of 10 days seen repeated dishes.. No menu was sent to us until we requested for it and the dishes are ... More not always the same as shown in the menu.They change the dishes.. Disappointing..
