Standard delivery time is an hour before serving. However as this is a mini buffet where there is no setup nor food warmers, food can be delivered much later, for example half an hour or less before serving time, so that the food is still warm when ... More guests start to eat.

Fish fillet batter when cold is very hard and tough. Some parts of the batter were also too thick. Would be good only if in full set up mode with food warmers.

Overall, food is well-packed, presentation is good and quantity is sufficient.

Food came on time and the set up was well done. Suggestion: For such a large group, the table could be placed away from the wall to allow guests to access the food from both sides of the table.

Noodles were not oily nor too salty; mini fish ... More burger was something different. Plenty of fruit punch to go around but it could have been less sweet.

All in a smooth experience.
