Saw review half good n half not so good but still give it a try. A bit disappointed with the food. The pineapple rice hard, the curry chicken was broken to many pieces, like cook too long or stir too hard.

The baby kai lan was very bland, like it ... More was just poach in hot water.
The yam paste texture could have been smoothen and fine, have eaten better one from another caterer.

Have chosen braised Pork as the best, could be better it be braised longer to have the meat softer.

This was not the 1st time order from this caterer, the food was not as good as before.
1) pineapple rice - doesn't taste any pinapple
2) honey drumlets - have friend comment, taste like it had not be
de-frost properly
3) curry chicken - taste ... More ok but would prefer the sauce to be thicker
4) mini fruit tart- last mins change due mango pudding to supplier not able to provide the crust. But the mango pudding not smooth.

overall, friends not satisfied with food this round. hope they can improve better.
