I need to pay a $200 deposit when confirming order. Didn't have to pay anything when I ordered from other caterers previously.

Paid additional $5 for choosing salted egg flavour for the imperial bag.

On the day of event, approx 1 hour before ... More delivery time, caterer called to say that the Honeydew Sago dessert was not fresh and will be changed to Sea Coconut Longan. I declined as it was informed too last minute and I wasn't offered any other choices. Caterer said ok, They will think of a solution and the call ended.

Delivery was prompt, food arrived slightly warm to the touch.

Would not order again from this caterer. Portion of food was small. Taste not fantastic, I would say food from any tze char stall would have tasted better. For a set of $398 (for 8-10pax, meaning $39.80 per pax), I would expect better food and portion.

Yusheng - no real fish though.. it was some vegetarian salmon slices therefore we added in our own Abalone slices.

Shark Fin - very starchy. did not see any crab meat. Not much sharks fin as well.

Sausage rice - tasted quite good. However portion is definitely not enough for 8-10pax.

Sea cucumber with braised pork knuckles - it was ok, not well received by the family though. We only ate less than 5% of this dish.

Steamed red garoupa - it was small but tasted quite good. Although the set is for 8-10pax but the fish is very small in comparison to a restaurant/banquet steamed fish that's usually for 10pax.

Cereal prawn - taste was okay. Cereal abit soggy.

Imperial Bag - topped up $5 for salted egg flavour but it was disappointing. Sauce was runny and milky, no taste of salted egg at all. Perhaps spicy flavour would have tasted better. Crab/prawns are not big but acceptable. There are potato wedges in the dish but was soaked in the runny sauce n was soggy.

Abalone slice with Veg - Did not see any abalone????? Only saw some scallops and Pacific clams. Portion was small.

Honeydew Sago - Honeydew cubes floating on the surface only. Definitely not enough for 8-10 pax. There was so little honeydew! Same goes for the Sago. Basically this is just sweet coconut milk. Not nice at all.

Poon Choy - this came in a big claypot and cost an additional $298, Was not bad but expensive.
