The QQ Fried rice is fragrant and nice. The fish is slightly crispy which is nice also. But the foo yong egg is very salty, i do not think this is healthy! And the spring rolls are very dark color, make me wonder whether they re-use the oil many ... More times to fry the spring rolls.

This is the first time i catered from One The Food, and it will be my last time! It caused much inconvenience in our family gathering, really disappointed with the caterer.

1. Even though the caterer provided spoons, forks and dessert bowls, they ... More did not provide paper plates! Due to missing paper plates, we had to use and wash our own plates after eating, what a hassle!

2. Most of the food are enough for 10 pax except for the fried bee hoon, it was too little for 10 people. We have 6 adults and 4 children, all of us are small eaters, and yet the bee hoon was not enough for us. We have to cook rice to add on! I wonder whether the caterer is stingy with the bee hoon or the quantity was given wrongly. I feedback to the caterer, but the caterer did not address the issue.

3. Dishes that are nice:
- Curry vegetable, a good mix of vege varieties and not oily
- Chicken with herbs, chicken meat are bland but the gravy is nice

4. Dishes that are not nice:
- Chicken char siew bun, meat is tasteless and the bun is not nice, a lot of crumps dropped when bit on it
- the pesto cream is too bland, results in the fish fillet are tasteless

The purpose to cater food is not to cook and wash and everyone can relax and enjoy the gathering. Due to the sloppy services of the caterer, it caused us much anxiety, we had to cook rice to top up and washed our own dishes. $14 per pax for only 7 dishes is definitely not cheap, and yet the services, quality and quantity are not up to expectation!
