Unexpected of disappointed circumstances occurred
Ordered from Fu Kwee as we had tried previously for company event. It was pretty good previously. This is 3rd time ordering from Fu Kwee . This time however was an utter disappointment!
Event day, ... More caterer did not appear as requested time. Requested ready by 12pm but the driver reach at 1.15pm.We try to whatsapp and call in to the person in charge (Foodline), the person give us the answer is the kitchen forgot our order, they think the order is other day.
The dish “Curry Chicken” is our first choice, Unfortunely, they mentioned due to kitchen not yet prepare our order, the “Curry Chicken” is frozen and reheat take long time, if we wish to remain the same dish, we need wait until 2pm.And the “Sweet & Sour Pork”also need to take long time to cook, they asked us to change to another dish. The food are not up to expectation (especially “Hainanese Pork Chop” was pretty hard to bite and tough).
We order the no set up package @20pax, it’s disappointed the portion was like for 10 pax portion! it’s not enough to serve. The desert “Grass Jelly & Longan” also very little and not enough for 20pax. Food and desert were insufficient so we have to prepare more drinks for our staff and guests
We are so upset as we have spent a lot of effort for the event but in the end the foods catering spoil our celebration day for the colleague’s farewell event, all staff and guests are very hungry wait the food from 12pm until 1.15pm.

Average ok,Taste is great and flavourful. Presentation of the food is good and food is really great! foodline

Service is good but maybe is CNY period, the taste of food was different with last time.
