Allergic to peanut but stil given peanut dish. Insuff food

1) When I ordered the food, I already specified that we are Allergic to peanuts but we were still given a peanut dish (Braised PEANUT with Lotus Roots).
It is clearly STATED in their Invoice (as can be seen in the top part of the attached photo) ... More that customer requested: NO Peanut. As a result of this, we cannot eat the food.

2) The food portions is very small. Doesn't look like its for 3 pax. see photo attached. It looks like the portion is only enough for 2 persons!

The caterer gave ALOT of rice, fill to the brim of the Styrofoam box, more than value for money for the rice! :O

Food quality was not bad, quantity was ok. But food was delivered abit early around 2.30pm.

Although I already specified No ... More peanuts and No seafood-cuttlefish, but there were peanuts in 1 of the day's black bean soup and there were cuttlefish in another day's ABC soup :(
