Ordered dinner tingkat, but the delivery often arrived at 2pm, making me wonder if I am getting the food for lunch. Provided feedback a few times and was told that they will remind the driver, but it doesn't seem effective.

Since most of the ... More dishes are dry rather than sauce-based, food can be eaten many hours later even though it's already cold. Quality of the food is acceptable.

Food remains lukewarm, including the lychee punch.Acceptable food are bee Hoon, prawn paste chicken, curry chicken and tempura prawn. For the rest iof the food, Pineapple rice is dry, ngoh Hiang is salty, watermelon sago does not have enough ... More watermelon and sago, and lychee punch is diluted.

Staff keep rushing to keep the trays even though there are still guests around, and spilled the watermelon sago in the lift, which my guests have to walk down the stairs from 4th storeys.
