This was initially a poor review but everything was made good all thanks to Siti's effort in service recovery. For her sake and honor, I am giving Liang Food Caterer a chance again in light of this and I hope the management can see this and value ... More Siti in her work in trying to win back the faith of loyal customers.

I do hope that the subpar food standard is a one-off episode and never to be repeated again. As advised, please look into your food QC again and tighten all workflow processes if need be.

We have good faith in the longstanding brand that was built and would like to continue to show our support still. Nonetheless, effort has to come from the current management to keep the loyalty going.

Thank you.

First tried this at a relative's birthday party. My son loved it so much that he requested the same for his birthday. He chose Milo Dinosaur Cheesecake.
