Ordered started since last June, already one year, overall still good but not as good as before. This is the longest that we’ve ordered from a same caterer.

Food still tasty and fresh but sometimes the meat dishes portion can be a bit more. The soups is not as good as first few months that we’ve ordered. Variety still needs to increase more. Overall is good but there is room for improvement.

This review is for November/ December order. Food still tasty and delicious but some days in between can feel the standard not as good as beginning, overall still good. Service and delivery as good as previous.

Have repeatedly order since June. There are more variety now and you do not get repeated dishes too often within the 20 days. Most dishes are still tasty and delicious. My family and I are satisfied with the food and we will continue with Tim for ... More the foreseeable period.

Been repeating orders for few months. Most dishes are tasty except the Teriyaki fish. Their standard is consistent and they are trying to improve their variety so hopefully can have more different dishes coming. Service is excellent too.

They maintain a consistent standard, food are tasty and delicious. My children like the food so much that I continue ordering from them. Portion has improved but waiting for them to improve on variety so that we don’t have to eat the same dish ... More every two weeks.

This is our third order since June and we still keep ordering.
Same as previous, the foods are tasty and fresh and always warm when reached our house. They have increased their foods portions but the variety still have rooms to improve, which can ... More have whole prawn and fish instead of fish fillets and small pieces of chicken all time. Their customer service always friendly and helpful, especially Cassie!

This is our second order and actually we are having third order now.
Dishes are still tasty and fresh. Sometimes some dishes are a bit salty but they've improved after feedback. Meat dishes usually portion too little, hope they can add a bit more. ... More Menu changed a bit but more or less the same, should add more variety. We look forward for more improvements.

Should try this new tingkat service (under Gim Tim Group). They are first time doing tingkat service and hv the restaurant standards (if u think it’s not, but sure at least hv the good zhi char stall standards). Hv been trying so many tingkat for ... More last few years n finally found a good n tasty! The food is so delicious that it seems there is not enough food compared to others which we could not finished sometimes. Their packaging is good as they separate the sauce fr the dish, first tingkat supplier doing this. Their service also good as I called them on the second day afternoon about the small soup portion which was not enough for my family and they immediately increased the portion in the evening. Delivery uncle was very friendly, always asked for my feedback. Hope they keep this up - great food, good service and packaging. 加油，Tim Delight!
